The purpose of this final paper is to apply nutritional science and sound scientific reasoningto an analysis of a relevant nutrition-related topic. Consider a topic that is of interest to youthat is relevant to nutritional science. As you conduct your research it will be important thatyou consider the sources of your information and whether or not they are reliable andcredible. There is a great deal of information on nutrition, some of it reliable, some of itunreliable or misleading; and while the internet is a wonderful resource for research, itcontains a tremendous amount of questionable and/or unreliable information that soundsscience-based but is not. Thus, it is very important you examine and establish the credibilityof the research you use.Length must be 4-6double-spaced pages (NOT including the title and reference pages). A minimum of 3scholarly references must be used for this paper.
