Ethics of the Drinking Age

I’m writing a paper for my ethics class about drinking . It is an optional piece on why the drinking age needs to be changed. In my paper I talk about how this law is no longer relevant in today’s society and is not effective in mitigating underage drinking.The paper needs to be 10 pages. I currently have 7 and need a tutor to proofread and help me meet the length requirement.
